Step 1: Prepare and position - Place the larger side of the insert inside your clothing, starting from the bottom of your breast and pressing upwards.
Step 2 Secure and adjust - scoop your breast up and towards the center. Press the insert firmly to secure it in place.
Step 3: remove gently - to remove gently peel off the insert from the top down, advise pulling harshly to protect your skin.
Step 4: dry and store - hand wash with mild soap. airdrop adhesive side up, and store once dry,
